Surprise! There are usually TWO cable outlets in each room. If one isn’t working, we recommend trying the other one.
Here’s a tip: To check to make sure that you have plugged into the correct cable connection, make sure you are plugged into the outlet that has BOTH an ethernet port and a cable outlet. If neither outlet seems to be working, be sure to put in a maintenance request with the front desk! In the meantime, we have a lovely TV lounge if you need to stay caught up on some shows!
